During this time of uncertainty, your brain can fluctuate between fight, flight and freeze in a short space of time, which can leave you feeling overwhelmed and fragile. At a time like this, the most healing thing you can do for yourself is to focus on things that you can control, like stress reduction and strengthening your immune system. Stress can seriously damage and weaken your immune system, so I’ve recorded a short and effective video for you to follow where I demonstrate self-Havening to help you self-regulate and control your stress and anxiety and strengthen your immune system.
